The “Integrated Leadership and Practice for Results” (ILPR) programme

The “Integrated Leadership and Practice for Results” (ILPR) programme is a blended learning programme that places emphasis on leaders learning from actual practice, focusing on attaining organisation/company results while benefiting from and facilitating cross-sectoral learning.

The programme focuses on leadership as an Organisation Development (OD) intervention aimed to enhance capacity to attain organisation results. It is an integrated programme that targets senior and middle level managers/leaders from a cross section of public, private sector and CSOs, with emphasis on connecting across organisational boundaries, blended learning, engagement of multi-stakeholders, drawing from experience and encouraging reflective practice.

The process is highly practical and participatory, draws on participants’ experiences, and involves training, various forms of accompaniment, 360-degree feedback and guided accompaniment. It also addresses contextual, critical analysis, strategic thinking and actions.
