- MSTCDC& AADK(2020): Assessment of organisation change imperatives fo implementation of strategic plan
- Ford Foundation (2017/18): Conducted organization capacity assessments (OCA) for 7 NGOs promoting human rights and good governance in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Nigeria.
- Freedom House and Human Rights Council (HOCA), Ethiopia (2016): Conducted Organization Capacity Assessment for HOCA, a human rights and advocacy organization.
- Action Aid Rwanda (2016). Part of a team that conducted an Institutional Capacity Assessment for Action Aid Rwanda as prerequisite for admission to the Action Aid International Federation.
- Oxfam GB Sierra Leone (2007) Organizational assessment of the 50/50 Group Sierra Leone, a leading women’s organization and facilitation of process to develop their three -year strategic plan.

- TRAFFIC & UNDP: Facilitated multi-sectoral Ports stakeholders’ workshops in Mombasa and Dare salaam.
- The Uganda Police Force, Royal Netherlands Embassy and USAID (2010): Planned and facilitated a nation-wide community consultation process that constituted a key component of a review of the operations and performance of the Uganda Police Force.
- Uganda Amnesty Commission and the Government of Uganda delegation to the Juba Peace Talks (2007): Planned, managed and facilitated nation-wide consultation processes on behalf of the Government of Uganda delegation to the Juba Peace Talks, on Agenda item 3, on mechanisms for Accountability and Reconciliation. Consultations were carried out with thousands of people (including specific consultations with children) in Northern Uganda, Eastern Uganda, West Nile and other parts of Uganda.
- British Council Interaction Leadership program (2005): Key member of a team of nine Pan African Facilitators for the British Councils’ Interaction Leadership Training program (targeted youth) that covered 18 countries in Africa (South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Malawi, Namibia, Botswana, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Sudan, Cameron, Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, and Eritrea)
- Fredrich Ebert Foundation (FES) (2018 and 2016): Facilitator for the FES young leaders training program.

- Kenya Civil Society Platform on Oil and Gas (KCSPOG) (2017): Strategic plan that focuses on promoting citizen engagement for a more accountable and transparent oil and gas sector in Kenya.
- East Africa Sexual Rights Network (UHAI) (2015&2016): Strategic plan protects LGBTQ rights in the Eastern African region (Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi and Ethiopia).
- SHUM and NUDIPU Youth (2014): Supported design and set up NUDIPU-Youth, a body that brings together young people with disabilities in Uganda.
- Uganda Human Rights Commission and the Uganda Office of the High Commission for Human Rights (2015): Designed a national program to document gross violations of human rights and international human rights law during conflict situations in Uganda between 1987 and 2006.
- CivSource Africa. Drafted strategic plan 2019-2022 that promotes more responsive and accountable philanthropy.

- Action Aid Denmark and Action Aid Uganda (2014): Conducted final evaluation of the Gender Social Accountability Project that was implemented in 8 districts in Uganda.
- Strengthening Uganda Governance and Accountability Response (SUGAR) (2017/2018): Assessment and documentation of processes and initial impacts of the Prime Ministers’ Delivery Unit (PMDU).
- Misereor Zimbabwe Program and Muthare Diocese (2016): Evaluated a Justice and Peace program of that also enhanced citizen engagement in natural resource governance.
- MS Action Aid Denmark (2011): Final evaluation of democratic governance programs in Tanzania, Uganda, S. Sudan, Zimbabwe, and coordinated Zambia, Mozambique and Kenya.
- CARE Rwanda (2010): Evaluated the Literacy and Basic Rights Project (LIBRAP) that promoted participation of women and marginalized communities in human rights& governance.
- Oxfam GB Sierra Leone (2006): Mid-term evaluation of the PACER Project that aims to increase women’s representation and participation in political leadership.

- Deepening Democracy Program, Uganda (2010): Action -oriented research, “Towards the Uganda 2011 elections: An Assessment of Conflict Risks and Mitigating Mechanisms”
- World Vision, South Sudan (2016): Baseline survey for the Local Governance and Service delivery (LOGOSEED) project, South Sudan, that promotes civic engagement for accountable service delivery.
- World Bank (2018): Conducted a rapid assessment of sexual harassment occurrences and response in China Railway Seventh Groups’ (CRSG) Workforce
- Chapter Four and PFLAG-Uganda (2017): Conducted a study on perspectives of parents, families and their lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) children in Uganda.
- Uganda Judiciary (2017): Baseline Survey for the Small Claims Procedure
- Oxfam Uganda (2016): Context analysis to inform the Voice program, seeks to empower strengthen the capacity of the most marginalized discriminated groups to be able to influence policy.
- Wellspring Philanthropic Fund (2019): Tracer study for the Public Interest Law Clinic program of the Faculty of Law, Makerere university, Kampala.

- Advocates Coalition on Development and Environment (2019): Part of team that developed the Gender Integration Score Card for the Oil and Gas Sector in Uganda
- UN Women and the Uganda Police Force (UPF) (2017): Conducted research and facilitated consultations to inform the drafting of a Gender Policy, Strategy and Action Plan for the UPF.
- DANIDA Support to the Judiciary project (2012): Developed a Gender Policy for the Ugandan Judiciary
- Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) (2017): Carried out a Gender mapping of the Justice Law and Order sector (JLOS) and developed a draft Gender strategy for the JLOS sector.
- International Alert and Ministry of Gender Labour and Social Development (MGLSD) (2016): Developed a national gender strategy and action plan for the oil and gas sector.

- Wellspring Philanthropic Fund (2012): Assessed and developed the framework for an organization to provide a coordinated and robust civil society legal response mechanism to violations of civic space rights in Uganda. The organization is called Chapter Four Uganda.
- CivSource Africa (2018): Core team member responsible for development of strategy, systems and processes for programing, and recruitment. Mentored and coached program team and interns.
- The CivFund (2019): Conducted consultations and leading the design and establishment of the CivFund, an independent funding agency for CSOs working on human rights and social justice in Uganda.
